Join us on Monday, February 12 for a one of a kind Belgian beer dinner with guest chef James Bloomfield. This exquisite five course meal will be meticulously paired with bottle-conditioned Stormcloud ales. James Bloomfield is a northern MI native and co-conspirator of the much-loved restaurant, Alliance, in Traverse City. Most recently, Bloomfield was a chef at the Michelin starred, Press in St. Helena, and is now running his own culinary venture, Shadow Food Productions in Napa, CA.
