Currently Available:
Gerald’s Atomic Dog:
Our 2020 batch of Gerald’s Talking Dog, a Cherry Rye Dubbel, dry-hopped with Michigan Crystal hops, then aged in stainless for 10 months with additional tart cherries on a 100% Brettanomyces culture.
Bottle conditioned to 2.6 volumes
Bottled on 2/15/22.
Pomacity 2021:
Barrel aged 228 Tripel transferred onto 2000 lbs of Pinot Gris grape pomace, then transferred to stainless and dry-hopped with 21 lbs/bbl Galaxy and Idaho 7 hops.
Bottle conditioned and carbonated to 2.7 volumes.
Bottled on 2/17/22.
Wild Bear Hug:
Our base mixed-culture Foeder-aged Kveik Ale was transferred into stainless after 8 months of rest. We then added 3lbs of Bear Earth Herbals’ “Wild Bear Ease” Tea Blend, ground sumac, and elderberries. It aged for an additional month.
5% ABV | 39 IBU | 8.15 TA
Saison Lune:
A rustic Saison fermented with a select Brett blend. Fermented and aged in stainless. Dry hopped with 1lb/bbl Michigan Saaz whole leaf hops grown by Hop Alliance in Omena. Those cones were from their 2019 harvest year. Was featured in Craft Beer & Brewing magazine.
6.3% ABV | 28 IBU

Our base Foeder-aged Saison ale dry hopped with Galaxy hops.
5% ABV | 40 IBU | 6.69 TA

Our base Foeder-aged Saison ale dry hopped with Mosaic hops.
5.5% ABV | 40 IBU | 7.9 TA
2023 Harvest Brett Pale Ale:
2023 Harvest Brett Pale Ale hopped with 100% Michigan grown Cascade from our friends at Hop Alliance in Omena. Wet whole leaf Cascade in the boil; and fresh AF Cascade pellets in the dry hop. 100% Michigan Brett beer!

Pomacity 2020: 100% Commander Saison - foeder soured with our Lakehouse culture. Transferred into stainless and aged on Chardonnay grape pomace for 14 days. First dry hop: 1 lb / bbl Nelson Sauvin for 7 days. Second dry hop: 1 lb / bbl Motueka for 7 days. Bottle conditioned and carbonated to 2.9 volumes. 8% ABV • 12 IBU • 11.8 TA 750ml, $20
Zappanaut: 100% Commander Saison - foeder soured with our Lakehouse culture. Transferred to stainless and dry-hopped with 3 lbs / bbl Zappa hop. Bottle conditioned and carbonated to 2.9 volumes. 6.2% ABV • 12 IBU • 9.7 TA 750ml, $20
Night Lotus: 100% The Nightswimmer Stout - aged in Left Foot Charley Red Wine Barrels with Yeast Bay Brett Brux and Lochristie. Blended together in stainless and dry hopped with 2 lbs/bbl Lotus hops and 2 g/bbl orange zest. Carbonated in the bottle to 2.2 volumes. 7% ABV • 40 IBU • 7.75 TA 750ml, $20
